Dispatch and Shipment.

We ship all orders using the most appropriate method based on your choice (where applicable), weight, size and value of your order and destination. In most cases you will be shown the shipping cost before you confirm your order and make payment. In some cases the website is unable to determine a shipping cost and will display a message to that effect. In those cases we advise you to save your basket and contact us by email or phone and we will be able to tell you a price for shipping.

We dispatch orders within 5 - 7 working days.

Returns

If you return some or all of the goods you have purchased you are responsible for the shipping by an appropriate method back to us at your cost. If the return is being made because we have agreed with you that the goods are faulty we will refund your return shipping cost. Alternatively we may arrange to collect the faulty items from you at our expense. If the returned items are lost or damaged in transit we retain the right to reclaim from you all the costs including the value of the lost or damaged goods. You should therefore ensure that your return is adequately packed to avoid damage, can be traced and you have take appropriate insurance for loss or damage in transit.
